Viet Capital Real Estate announces appointment of Le Hoang Tien as Director of Digital Marketing
With over 10 years of experience in the field, Le Hoang Tien has made digital marketing his primary career choice since his university days at Foreign Trade University. He has specialized in the real estate and resort tourism sectors.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, Tien returned to the real estate sector, joining Novaland as a senior digital marketing expert responsible for implementing marketing activities for numerous projects in the group. Even amidst Novaland's workforce reduction of over 90%, Tien remained one of the top priority employees to retain.
In addition, Le Hoang Tien is a familiar speaker at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh, International University, and Foreign Trade University.

Tien began his career at the highly acclaimed Cocobay Danang project in 2016-2017, where he introduced a new marketing approach on digital platforms and spearheaded the era of real estate marketing on social media.
He then moved to Accor where he was soon promoted to the position of Digital Marketing Manager, overseeing three hotels in Vietnam. Tien then joined InterContinental Hotel Group, where he became one of the youngest senior managers at the age of 25, and one of the most prominent digital talents in the hospitality industry.
